Hi, I’m Barbara 🧡💜, founder of SKĄD TO MASZ? clothing, a brand creating unique, vintage, and upcycled fashion in Poland. My journey started after years in the arts and culture world, where I loved the creativity but struggled with stress and burnout. In 2025, during a long Covid recovery, I realized I wanted to work in alignment with my values – sustainable living, ethical practices, and creating things that truly bring joy.
SKĄD TO MASZ? clothing is my way of combining vintage clothing, upcycled fashion, and handmade design. Every season I collaborate with talented artists to turn pre-loved garments into one-of-a-kind, artist-designed pieces. Unlike brands that print on blank tees, I carefully select pre-loved, colorful garments and transform them into timeless, unisex fashion. Each piece is unique, sustainable, and ethically crafted, so no one else will have the same item as you.
Sustainability is at the heart of everything I do. From sourcing second-hand tools and studio furniture to using eco-friendly and biodegradable materials, every step aims to reduce our carbon footprint. Artists are always paid fairly for each design used – before I even sell a piece – because their work deserves respect first.
Our first collection features playful dog-inspired prints by Kraków illustrator Artur Blusiewicz 🐾, combining vintage fashion, upcycled clothing, and ethical design. Every garment carries love, care, and attention to detail – made for conscious fashion lovers who value sustainable, handmade, and one-of-a-kind pieces.
